Veggie Burgers
Add together 1 cup chopped onions; 1 cup tofu (crumbled by hand); 1/2 cup either walnuts, cashews or sunflower seeds; 4 cups oatmeal in 8 cups of water (cooked for 5 minutes); 1/8 cup nutritional yeast flakes; 1/4 cup sesame seeds. Mold into patties, and grill like a hamburger.
Serve on bread or buns,
top with your choice of
condiments, cheese,
lettuce, tomatoes,
pickles or onions
