Maj. Shannon Clark, of Painted Post, plays with his children Austin, 3, and Ashley, 18 months, just before the start of the Welcome Home Warrior Ceremony at the U.S. Army Reserve Center in Ithaca. The ceremony was held to honor soldiers from the 2nd Battalion of the 2nd Brigade, 98th Division who returned in October of 2005 from a year-long deployment in Iraq.
